To avoid truncation, 240X270, otherwise the top/bottom bars on the
Today screen will lop part of the image off. that is a QVGA device.
You'd have to play with a VGA device to see. Best way is to take a
screenshot of the today screen then with a graphics package on your
desktop, see how big the picture area is.
