making internet available to all users

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.basics (More info?)

Hi all,
I've set up a dial up internet connection as admistrator and it works fine.
My son added his profile as a separate user (limited account), but when he
tries to go online we get a message to the effect that there is no internet
connection on this computer. This is a recentely re-installed xphome bundle
(recovery disk) with sp2 added. Could this be to do with him being a limited
user or if not, how can I make my internet connection available to all users?
