HELP!!!! MONITOR GOES BLACK WHEN I CLOSE A GAME

*SIGH* What technical support did you call? Microsoft, the system
manufacturer or the game developer? If MS, of course they won't assist you -
your Windows is OEM and all support - including replacement keys and media -
is the sole responsibility of the vendor and/or manufacturer. Microsoft does
not, will not and, indeed, cannot assist with OEM-supplied software and/or
hardware.

If you are having issues with a *new* system, you should be calling the
manufacturer's technical support. As all the games mentioned aren't by the
same developer then it's likely to be a system (probably a graphics card
issue). What it isn't is a Windows issue.

You need to contact the manufacturer of the system. It's still under
warranty and they are obligated to assist you.

You need to look into getting a new keyboard. The Caps Lock key seems to be
stuck on yours.
