I have a belkin wireless G router and 2 computers. 1 is using the wireless feature and have no problem at all. The other one is connected to the router through ethernet and have some problem. With no DMZ on this computer, it works fine. With DMZ, I get no internet connection at all. But I need DMZ on this computer to do things. So what could be wrong?

You'll want to set your DMZ computer to a static IP which matches what you have set on the router's DMZ.

Ex 192.168.0.101 on the router is DMZ, set your computer's IP address statically to x.101.
