i have changed my pc ,i was running xp scanner worked perfect i changed to windows 7 put my drivers disc in and it says this is not compatable with 7 can you help please

check with HP and see if there are updated drviers for this also check for vista drivers as they will work with windows 7

HP don't supply drivers for Packard Bell, different companies.

The Diamond 1200 is a old scanner and no suppot under W7, try this @ http://mustekdriver.ucoz.com/index/0-2#install
