I asked this question yesterday and was told in reply moe info needed. My
compact flas card reader w/sandisk 16MB card cannot be written to or read by
my Janome Customizer software. This is embroidery designs. When I purchased
card in August all worked well. Last week when I went to use it again nothing
happened and finally got error message "failure to inialize port". Janome
tech says to change settings in COM Port within the BIOS. What does the COM
Port have to do with USB? I need easy to understand answers please. Thanks
