Hi. Should I upgrade my CPU and/or VID CARD and/or RAM?

Hi. Thanks for taking the time to read my post. I will soon be purchasing a Sharp Aquos 42"lcd and would like to be able to play games like Call of Duty 4, Oblivion, Crysis etc...

Right now I play those games, but on a 32" tube tv or my 19" samsung 970p.

My system is as follows:

AMD X2 4200
Asus M2N-Sli deluxe (1 PCIE card runs at 16X, but only 8X in sli mode)
2GB Kingston 667mhz DDR2
BFG 7600GT 256MB
Soundblaster X-fi Xtreme Music (one of the first, basic but gold plated)
2 x 36gb wd raptor 10000 in raid 0
1 x 250gb wd 7200rpm

What I would really appreaciate, are some opinions from more experienced pc users. Should I get one vid card? or run two in sli mode (should i be worried about SLI mode making the cards run at 8x?) I was thinking either one 8800gts 512mb or x 8800gs 512 in sli.
Also, do you think I should upgrade anything else?

Thank you.

If you decide to go for a new graphic card, which I think you should: my opinion is that you stay away from S.L.I. You don't need it! Just get a powerful graphic card and you have all the performance you'll ever need(at least from the graphic card).

Just make sure you have a good powersupply so it can drive all the equipment stable. DriverHeaven has one of the best reviews regarding powersupplys out there.
