CPUZ reports my memory at 333mhz frequency, shouldn't it be at 667?

CPU-Z is right. Your memory will run at 333MHz, which is (DDR) Double-Data Rate. This means that the memory transfers 2x as many bits of information/cycle. That means 333x2=667(effective memory speed). All's okay.

Besides the explanation 1Tanker gave you, since youre running stock speeds, use a 2.00 multiplier and try getting CL3.
