I have the currant Rig in my SIG and curious about Overclocking my Xpertvision 6600GT PCI-E 256MB DDR3 @stock

I bumped the core up to 550Mhz and within an hour i saw artifacts in FEAR!
I only want to OC my V/C only for a little while untill i get those upgrades in my sig done!

What are stock speeds of the card? Core speed and memory speed please.

If you are artifacting after 1 hour, it probably means temps are getting too high. Try dropping back a little and keep an eye on your temps. You can loop 3dmark0x and if still running normally after a few loops, go up a few mhz.

Take it slow, once you start artifacting or see any strange display behavior, drop back to the last setting and you are set.

Works the same for both core speed and memory.

Ohh Stock Speeds are 500mhz core and (lol cant remember the memory)

I dont think ill bother now
