COD4 Map Pack: only for console?

So I am mistaken that the new map pack is only going to be out for consoles? If it is, I am pissed. I am getting really tired of playing the same maps over and over again.

I hope so. Once you unlock all of the weapons and all of the upgrades for each weapon there isn't much left to work for (other than the gold weapons) and the levels really start to get repetitive after a while. Since there are such a small number of them, people have learned exactly which strategy is best in each map to achieve the highest kills / least deaths. It is making the game very boring. I am starting to miss COD2 with all of the excellent user created maps and mods.
