A little help please? can't find my post!

Alright after about spending almost 1 hour or so with the search function and the help files, I have
finally given up on this site. Is there a easier way for me to go back to all the post I've made?
I know there are a few options, one is to use the bookmarks and the other is to click on the blue flag icon but most of the time this does not help as it does not update itself for the most recent threads I participated.

Geese, Good luck man. I still can't find my post. I would like to find my old post that hasn't been updated! I can only find 3 of mine using the search.

Can someone please give us some insight into what the hell is wrong with this forum!?

i know what you guys mean theres a tab at the top of the forum to view yourwosts if someone has responded but it only works on VERY RARE occassions, most of the time i have to remember where ive posted.
