changing graphic card fan

How diffilcult would it be to change the fan on a Saphire 1900xtx card?
I'm thinking of using a Zalman fan.

its easy, u unscrew wipre of that stickies thermal paste, apply fresh thermal paste and put the new heatsink in

i believe zalman has instructions on how to do it
