Back in the days of 3DFx, it was easy to adjust the settings for OpenGL in the driver.

Nowadays it seems that configuring openGL is limited to Quadro and FireGL cards, even though most gaming cards support OpenGL 2.0.

since I've playing a lot with 3Ds Max R8 lately, using OpenGL mode, I was wondering if there is any way, using the current ForceWare drivers, to improve OpenGL performance on a 7800GS. Is there?
