Cheap GPU needed

Requirements: Non-AGP, Non-PCI... PCI-E 1x or 16x only. 3D must only handle Vista so a DirectX 9 card, Must have High Definition out.

Lowest Cost possible

Must buy from NewEgg, and NewEgg only.

This machine must be the cheapest possible, and will only be used as a DVR/Media Center. Therefor I will only be playing and storing Video/Music on this machine.

Anyone watch this low price video card sector that would know what is the best to buy?

Anyhelp would be appreciated.

Tho I'd replace the cooler? Or are you going to use your water cooling rig you mentioned in the other thread for the video card as well?

Edit: That is the absolute lowest end that I personally would go (I'm actually replacing the 6600 in my HTPC with this card).

If you're not gaming with this machine, get the cheapest card you can with Hi def out. By hi definition out, I assume you mean Y Pb Pr component outputs?

Gigabyte usually includes HDTV outputs.

This Gigabyte X1300 has HDTV out for $45... would even play games if it had to, but certainly not at high settings.

X1300s offer real nice DVD playback, too.
