1:1 HDD copy

So, in the never ending hunt for more storage I just got one of those sexy Seagate 320gb drives. I'd like to switch out my current primary drive for this one. Now I know I could image that drive and put the image on the new one, but I have a lot of stuff on it and I'm lazy, so I'd like to avoid this if possible. I'm wondering if there's a bootable app that would let me do a 1:1 copy between the drives (even though they're different sizes, going from smaller to bigger of course) that would also copy all relevant data so the new drive boots and such.
Any tips would be appreciated!

Partition Magic, Norton Ghost, Acronis TrueImage, BootItNG for DOS. All will copy the partition and allow resize.
