CPU cooling analogy and questions

I'm finally pushing the envelope a touch by tweaking the CPU and have reached the limits of the stock fan/heatsink capabilities.
After looking at various product vendors i decided it is best to ask my fellow piers what hey would recommend for cooling my Athlon X2 4200 AM2....?

For $15, the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro, is a great cooler; it also has great reviews.

After researching the available choices and reading several reviews i decided on a "Cooler Master" unit ....

I was careful not to choose one that required motherboard removal or the use of various adapters so it fits 37 different mobo's.
The Cooler master unit appears to be the most efficient IMHO.

Youve made a better nice choice, normally ild recommend the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro, but that cooler even outperformed a Ultra-120 8O in a review.
