2x Seagate Barracuda 160Gb sata2 or HITACHI Deskstar T7K160/250 160GB
Sapphire ATI X1900GT 256Mb
Samsung SH-S182D DVD RW

I don't play at all, but I like to work with graphic software.

See any compatibility issues here? This falls into my €1200 budget and I don't know where I could improve. Any ideas/suggestions?

It's a decent looking list.
You can bump it up against this Midrange Buyer's Guide - September 2006 for comparison.
You can also take a look at the similar High-End Buyer's Guide - October 2006 and compare the suggestions in both AMD and Intel flavors in the midrange and high end budget ranges.

God I hate those lists. Anadtech has done some nice reviews lately but they really crapped out with the buyers guide.

Seems to me that the 4200 is pretty cheaper and more performer than 6300. Can you help me out of this?

the core 2 duo 6300 is fast but if your on a really tight budget then the 4200+ will do u just fine
