Hello all,

In a new system build with a Gigabyte GA-M59SLI-S5 mobo and an x2 4000 proc. From my memory, the clock of the cpu read correctly at x2 2000mhz. I installed the Easy Tune utility and shortly after noticed that the multiplier is down to 5, not 10. I uninstalled the Easy Tune, but am still reading at 1gig not two. Is there something I'm missing? :?:

Cheers!

Splendid
Have you checked the BIOS to make sure its is showing the corrct multiplier? Might seem like a stupid question, but its happened to me that the BIOS got changed without my knowing and I had to manually rest everything.

I cleared the bios and set the all the voltages. The strange thing is: If I set CPUz to start on boot, it comes up briefly with the correct settings and voltages, but then switches down to half. Very strange, maybe I'm missing something in the technology, but Q&C is off....?
