That's what it is saying, currently there is no patch. However, some of the
articles including the one you specified do include work arounds.

Well, thats correct, anyone reading the article can say it.
But check the subject of my first msg. It says about fixing or most
certenly, not fixing.
So, if is a problem that can be pointed why not to give any direction to
work around it ?
For example: Windows XP Home Edition should be able to load "Local users and
groups" snap-in, it has some help files where it says,open MMC then add or
remove, etc. And you load then file but it says like "this computer is not
running Windows XP Home Edition, this snap-in doesn't work in Windows
Personal Edition".
Finaly I was directed by local support of microsoft in this region (south
america) to an article with the same text about problems and determinations.
Of cours Microsoft is a big company but is acceptable that there are
priorities and some issues are more important than others.
So, my point was about having this in memory to anounce if a patch is
released.
