looking for a cheap mac

hi i just got my little bros wishlist and i see he wants a mac but since im buying a psu/video card i really dont have a lot of money left over were can i get a mac mini or mac laptop fro cheap im lloking on ebay but i dont know if i can trust some of this people you know.
