can i mix these 2 kinds of rams

i have the 2nd one runnin in duel channel and i want to know if i added the first one with what i have then got more so 1gig+512mb then later +512mb
would their be any problems

confusing but here it goes those sticks have different rated voltage one of them is 2.5v the other is 2.6v, so no i wouldn't recommend mixing them

You'll be fine, no problem mixing them. Depending on your MB, they may or may not run in dual channel mode if you don't have pairs of the same capacity installed. Check out your MB manual for details.
