okey guys need help

i have C2D E6300 @ 1.86Ghz.... with stock cooler fan

well i do plan to Over Clock it .. when i learn it properly and am satisfied that it wont spoil my system ....... so what do u guyz suggest me whihc fan/cooling system do u recomend

PS: I am using D975XBX MoBo
Budget: 25~30$

The stock HSF that came with the CPU is actually quite good.
It should handle all the needed overclocking cooling that motherboard/CPU combo will generate.
However if you want something that will cool a bit better and run quieter think about ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler $30
Easy to install, quiet and good cooling.

I second this, the Freezer 7 pro is also WAY quieter than the stock, which will come in handy when you OC it and the fan spins faster (louder) to cool the cpu.

Easy to install and fits almost every case, due to not being much larger than the stock.

I agree, you can get a mild overclock using your stock fan. The Arctic Freezer 7 pro will give you more options though. Good investment if you had to pick.
