Forum links give download window

This problem seems to come and go, and right now its come.

On some forum posts, when I click on the link in my web browser to view it, I get a download window instead of the expected web page.

It seems to be random too.. one min a link will break, 5min later, it works -- the example posts I was going to include here now mysteriously work.

im using IE7 under windows XP.

I have had the same issue using IE6 with Xp.
Normaly it works fine, sometimes it gives me a DL box.
Just did it for me today with the updated site to...
