Hi sukulo,
Well you have selected big-$$ CPU and vidcard...
With that vidcard you should need only one, LoL - so single PCI-E mobo for you?
Or (if you ever think you would want to run two X1950XTX) you could get a Crossfire mobo...?
ABit, Gigabyte, and of course Asus all make good Intel P965 mobos for Core2.
Sukulo that is cheap memory there, the PC2-4200. If you are not an overclocker you should still consider buying PC2-5400 for a bit more money...
I mention this because my Abit AB9 mobo boots up @ 272MHz FSB when set on 'default'.
Right away this will exceed the spec of PC2-4200 which is rated 266MHz (533DDR).
If it is in your budget you could even consider PC2-6400 which can run up to 400MHz (800DDR). This is a better investment.
You can run it at PC2-4200 speed with very tight latency timings. And one day you might wish to run @ 800MHz, which is popular AMD memory speed, or even run it at that speed in your Conroe (if you are not overclocking).
Regards
