Scanner to Printer

Archived from groups: alt.comp.periphs.scanner (More info?)

With Windows 98 and a HP Scanner on a SCSI board, I could
scan and have it go directly to the printer. It was a very
nice home copy machine. With my current scanners, I can
not find software to do this. Anyone have a clue?

You can setup registry entries like the following export (Win98SE):

REGEDIT4

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Class\Image\0000\Events\GreenButton]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Class\Image\0000\Events\CopyButton]

where GUID is the Windows registry identifier for the program to open.
