I was just setting up a new computer when I had my monitor locked the OSD controls and the picture quality looks very bad (reminds me of what it looks like if you turn on the setting for those 3d game glasses and look at the screen without the 3d glasses on). When I go into the OSD it will not let me select any options but it does say out of scan range. If any thinks they can help, I would be more than glad to provide more details.
