Ok I got myself a problem... I installed AIBoost(ithink thats the name) with my semi new amd build and never tried it out. It is a cpu overclock utility. Well I tried to apply a 3% overclock and it seemed as if everything was fine and then for some reason the display showed that It droped down to running at around 250mhz!
Well then the system locked up, I am assuming b/c thats not quite enuf juice to keep it goin.
So my question to you is, now what?
I hoped restarting would reset it but windows will not boot in regular or in safe... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Shortly after I wrote the message I thought of the CMOS solution and just pulled the battery. Was that ok or is the jumper the way to go?
