Problem with boot up!!!

as of this morning my computer will not boot up anymore it goes to the duel bios screen when i power up and shows me the cpu that is in it and it also is suppossed to do the memory test then but it does not it just sits there and does nothing ! so i thought maybe the memory went bad swaped it out with memory sticks that i know work from another computer and still the same thing! any help because i have hit a wall with this and i need the info off of it badly!!! T.I.A.

Not a lot to go on here, bit it sounds like it can't read your boot drive.
