Most quite PSU and Case combo

Hey I have seen several different claims to fame of ultra silent PSUs and Cases.

One Simple question.

Strictly on noise.

What is thee uttermost silent PSU and Case combo out there?

I must not be able to hear my PC!
Need to be able to study with PC on and next to ZERO background noise.
Of course it must have a minimum of 350 watts, and a resonable price (under $250 for both total).

i recommend the Antec Sonata II. If not any case by Antec/Zalman/Arctic Cooling.

The Antec Sonata 2 is probably the best for its price. There are of course, more silent options, but they're a bit more pricey (Newegg has a no-fan case which uses it's entire alumminum bulk to passively cool.. only about 500 bucks)

But the Sonata 2 is a good choice. A good case with a decent 450W PSU will last you... as long as you don't go for DX10 cards.
