Hi.
Until a few days ago, the GPU fan on my 6600GT AGP card used to run at a very slow, almost inaudible speed when I was just in windows, presumably because the GPU operates at a slower speed for 2D.The fan would only get noisy when I was playing games.Now, for some reason, the fan seems to be working at full speed constantly, and is by far the noisiest thing in my computer.
Can anyone tell me why it might have started doing this, or suggest how I can fix it?
