New Pc Buying Help !!!

Hello,

Iam living in PAKISTAN. Iam currently using a PENTIUM 3 (667 MHZ + 256MB Ram). Iam using this pc for last 8 years, now this PC is gone very slow & old, so i have decided to go for a NEW PC.

Iwant to buy a NEW PC which will survive for atleast 5 years !!!

Firstly Iam not hardcore gamer, but I will like to play a little bit games.

Iam basically a student, I use PC for:-

1.MS Visual Studio.
2.Auto CAD.
3.Watching Movies
4.Downloading.
5.Games.

My Bugdet is 430$$ maximum (OR 35,000 Pakistani Rupees -- 40,000 Pakistani Rupees )

( In Pakistan 1$$ == 82 Rupees :-( )

My PC Should Have:-

1. Intel Core 2 Duo E8200 (6Mb Cache)
2. KINGSTON DDRII 2GB-800 (2 ram's of 2GB)
3. WESTERN DIGITAL 250GB 3.5" HDD 7200RPM (16MB Cache)


Now tell me please :-

1. For which motherboard I should go for Asus, Gigabyte, MSI etc....???
(I have ASUS (INTEL) P5Q INTEL P45+ICH10R 1600 FSB in my mind ?)

2. For which graphic card I should go for Ati, Nvdia etc ....???
(I have FORCE3D (PCX) ATI PCX HD3870 512MB 256BITS DDRIII
in my mind ?)

3. For which pc casing I should go for ....???
(Casing Should have front mounted USB ?)

4. Please Also Tell Me About Power Supply or what ever you call it ...???


Please Tell Me that for which things I should go for ???
