Asus P5N32-SLI Premium CPU 100% utilization

I have a problem with this MB which is after 10min or one of the CPU on a Intel 6600 would show 100% and the other around 10-30% utilization. Has any one else has this problem ???, I think it start only after I start Internet explorer I think.

I have not tried to overclock and my system configuration is,
Inter Core duo 2 E6600
2GB PATRIOT DDR 800 C4
4x 320GB SATA Drives
Windows XP with SP2
O yes and a Sparkle GeForce 7900 GS video card.

Thanks for your reply, I have checked my tasks list and it is the system process that if taking the CPU to 100%.
I do have a Anti-Virus software installed and I have also installed Windows 2003 server and it has the same problem.

It is a problem have one of your CPU's being utilized at 100% as the system is very very slow.

I'm running 4Gig of 800Mhz not over clocked, and as for the CPU's it does not pass to one another it load balances. My system does slow down I have a very hard time doing Windows updates when this happens (it takes forever to do what normally takes mins).

After removing 2 out of the 4Gig of memory the system has being running fine.

But I still not sure why as I have also tried installing Windows Server 2003 which will access the memory.
