bandwidth test

corsair 8500c5...crapy ram wont do what it says it can..
1950s in crossfire
no water all air.
When i run softsandra 07 ram bandwidth test i get very wierd results. If ram is running at 975mhz lat..4.4.4.9 and cpu at 3.2 gig I get around 6500 on test. When ram is running at 930mhz 4.4.4.9 and cpu at 3.7 gig it increases to 7200 on the test. Why is the ram running faster at lower setts? but cpu higher? seems the cpu setting is effecting the rams speed..can anyone explain this for me cus im newb at this thanx

its the ratio of dram:fsb
thats where your getting such difference... im not sure the ratios that can do(p5w DH delux) but thats what it is...
