Will this work?

Hi all, my pc died so I am planning to build the following spec and wanted a second (or more) opinion as to whether this will all be compatable.

Core 2 Duo E6400 (planning to oc eventually)
Abit's AB9-Pro Motherboard
Corsair Value 2GB Kit DDR2-667 PC5300 VS2GBKIT667D2
Antec P180b Case
Hiper MODULAR 530W TRUE POWER PSU ATX 2.2 Silent 120mm Fan SATA, APFC, SILENT 16db BLACK
Radeon X1950 PRO


I have 2x SATA drives (both Barracuda but SATA 1)

The motherboard is SATA 2.. will that be a problem and will all the above work together ok?

Well, everything looks compatible and no, the SATA II w/sata drives won't do anything whatsoever so don't worry about it.
