Yea as the title says, im after a new PSU and i want to try and make it cool my PC down abit as well, im running a Jeantech truepower 450 at the moment but with DX10 round the corner and SLI available i think im gonna vouch for a 550-600.

I want a PSU that is very very quiet and also extremely cool as im having these concerns with my PC.

I was looking at the Seasonic S-12 600.

PSU's never really made to help cool a system, you notice the lack of reviews on how much cooler PSU's can make a system?

However, a better quality PSU can deliver stable clean power that will help OC, and better efficency will guarantee better power transformation which then means less heat which could translate to cool and quiet...

My suggestion here, get a good PSU like the Seasonic or GameXStream, and leave cooling to fans and the case, which is what they were designed for.
