Twin turbo with air conditioner

can i run ac with twin turbo on a small block chevy

Of course you can. The only thing that could pose a problem is space under the hood and possibly the ac lines. Turbos get pretty hot so you want some space between them and the lines. I've had more than one turbo glowing red before.
