hi . I am from Romania and i want to buy a new video card 4 my pc . I own an Athlon 64. 3500+ , 1 gb ddr , pci-e included on main board .
I allready have 2 video cards in my mind
1 PCIE RX1300 128Mb Asus, EAX1300HM512/TD128, DVI, TV out
2 PCIE 7300GT 256Mb GigaByte, NX73T256P-RH, DVI, TV out
Which one of this is the best and what other card do you say i should buy thx
The 7300 GT should be better, but make sure it got DDR3 memory that is clocked properly.
I´d take a look at the older gen X800 series too, if i were you.
I second that. Great reply!
The 7300 GT is much better than the X1300, but not the X1300 Pro/XT wich use the X1600 Pro's core. Of course the X1300 Pro/XT's price is higher and not worth it (much like the X1600 Pro). GDDR3 is also very important, yes.
The X800 is more expensive, and u would need to know how to unlock pipelines and overclock to make that better for the price.
@OP: What is ur budget? You cannot play many current games well on a low-end 7300 GT.
hmm...my budget is around 130 $ but ...in Romania a x1300 is 130$... i know it may sound anoying ..but it isn't the store price because is much expensive at the store... i buy it from a friend who sells pc parts at smaller price... so i don't have too many options
and about playing games . Now I own a asus n6200 128mb , 64 bit AGP (ge-force) and i completed need for speed carbon at medium details and it was ok nice (with motion blur turned off) but i need a beter video card ... and my friend has only x1300 now on stock . Is it worthed to upgrade from the actual video card to x1300?
