What gives, I have my ram set in my Bios at 667 with timimgs of 4-4-4-12 and when I run PC Wizard 2006 this is what I get:
Supported Channels : Dual (128-bit)
Activated Channels : Dual
ECC Diagnostic : No
CAS Latency (tCL) : 10 clocks
RAS Precharge (tRP) : 15 clocks
Cycle Time (tRAS) : 31 clocks
Row To Column (tRCD) : 15 clocks
Shared Memory (video) : Yes
Maybe something isn't accurate in PC Wizard , my setup is wrong, just plain old ignorance, or all of the afore mentioned.
This is from the EEPROM in PC Wizard:

You're looking at the right section (it reports correctly on my PC). Either PC Wizard isn't reporting correctly (they issue frequent minor updates, so check to see if there is a newer version), or your timing settings are not what you think they are.

Glad you stepped up Mondoman. I checked for updates and I am running the current version (2006.1.70). Next I went into the BIOS and changed from automatic to manual settings of 667 4-4-4-12. Same PC Wizard results as before. I then went into the BIOS and changed to 533 3-4-4-10 and got the same results from PC Wizard again. I am now clueless except maybe check one stick at a time. BTW - I have added more ram (Patriot DDR2 667 2X512 kit) same specs as my other ram. I didn't check speeds with PC Wizard before adding more ram. Also, when i click on the memory tab in CPU-Z, the tmimngs area is grayed out. Any help would be appreciated as I am out of ideas. All of my mobo divers and BIOS is up to date.

Since you've got a new CPU and chipset, my guess is that it's a problem with PC Wizard. Go to their website and contact them about it (I think they have instructions there on what info from PC Wizard to send along) -- they'll want to know about it.
