Hi guys.

Just finished reading a massive thread about the declining standard of THG's editorials and the massive amount of ad's that are now apparently here. Open letter to Omid is what it was called.

I have nothing to say except, i have no ads, i see no ad's :??:

Is no one here using Firefox with adblock and no script ? Just a question.

More about : flash spam thg

I just use Adblock and it kills most ads on sites.

Omid doesnt own THG anymore. He sold it some time back to a Frenh company, Best of Media.

Best of Media, google translation

Read their front page. THG is an internet site whose income comes through advertising. They dont care about you, as you are not their target audiance. The broad, brainless consumer base (whom they can play THGs reputation from the Dr Pabst days) is the audiance, not the tiny and limited enthusiast base. In short, you may as well pound salt as get them to reduce advertising. Sorry, thats the way it is.
