Ok, I re-installed windows using the AHCI drivers, with the SATA bios set to AHCI. It apears I am running AHCI on that device.

Now...
My old windows installation, on another drive, was disconnected during the windows XP 64 installation. I now have my second drive, but I now hooked it up, and pulled everything off of it. I want to make this drive also a AHCI drive.

Is this possible? And How do I do it? I know I got to format it, but is their any specific way inwhich I do it?

BTW I got the Giga-byte DQ6 now...

Mike
