So my 6800 Ultra seems to have died, as the video is more fractured than an old ladies hip after a tumble to the basement.
As far as I can research the 7800 GS is about the best (if not last to be produced) AGP video card on the market... Im not quite ready to build a new computer so I figured that a video card replacement is the way to go atm.
Question is that I can't find out, anyone have insight on the best manufacturer of this card? As far as I can see BFG and EVGA are all over but have not seen any comparisons what so ever to which manufacturers have done it right.

Any infos would be appreciated!
ok, the 7800GS is not the best AGP card, the best atm is the gainward 7800GS (the one with 24 pixel pipelines), or the soon to be released X1950pro AGP will be. the 7800GS is marginally more powerful then the 7600GT but alot more expensive. i would recomend the 7600GT or waiting a bit to see what the X1950Pro AGP version will be like. as long as its priced decently (around $200) the X1950Pro would be the best to get. and would be as powerful as a 7900GT (or the gainward 7800GS).
