Advise needed on My system please (overclocked)

OKha i just need to know if these seettings are gud or not.

My original speccss

PROCESSOR:-
Intel core 2 duo E6550 2.3 ghz ( conroe ).

MOBO:-
Gigabyte GA G33-Ds3r

MEMORY:-
KingMax PC2-6400
2X1 GB




COOLING;-
I HAVE PUT THREE FANS IN MY CASE & SOTCK COOLING FOR CPU


nOW I HAVE OVERCLOCKED MY CPU TO 2.5 GHZ FROM 2.3
I updated my bios from f3 to f7f..



EVERTHING IS RUNNING GUD MY TEMPS ARE SO FAR GUD
IDLE TEMP IS AT 32 TO 34
UNDER LOAD ITS 42 TO 44
My room Temp is more then 26..

Now what i want to know about is that my memory is on 888 MHZ after overclocking but in stock it is 799 as u can see>






So what im asking is this gud or bad.....
Shud i change back to original clock or use these settingsss...
And the second thing is about the voltage cuz it was 1.3 before and know it is in 1.4 so is the gud or bad...
