Black screen

Hey guys, i right clicked my desktop and clicked graphic properties it said unextended desktop or something, i switched it to monitor now i cant see anything. How do i fix this? I have windows 7 btw.

The problem seems to be with your display settings. Start your computer is safe mode and do system restore to the day before all this happened.
