680i?

I was just wondering if anyone knows how eVGA got first dibs on the 680i...you would think the big boys would be wanting to release these first? i also noticed that BFG and XfX are coming out with them, is nvidia turning to the graphics guys for the more enthusiast oriented boards?

eVGA is just using nvidia's reference design as with BFG and XFX, while the "big boys" as you put will be designing their own boards(w/ the 680i chipset) with their own features and such therefore resulting in a delay or they are just tweaking bios and such
