i'm little bit poor in graphic card issues...

i want 2 buy a graphics card which can run all the games in d future(may b for about 1 or 2 years) with in 200$...

can any one give me some information about this...may b the names of graphics card which work fine in agp 4x(1.5v) in d range 100$ - 200$ will do...

and i also heard some one saying that agp 8x cards may not work in my kind of mobos (universal AGP 2.0 mother board, which supports only agp 4x(1.5v) cards)...

i will feel happy if any one really helps me out...

In I would say about 1-2 years, AGP will be severely outdated, but if you need a new AGP card, i could suggest this as for mid range:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814143054

The best right now would be this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Prod [...] 6814143046

The coming x1950pro AGP will be top dog once it is released. If I was in your situation, I would step up to PCI-e. More range of cards, and more avaiblity. Most of the time, their cheaper too.

Yeah... you'll probably be able to play games that come out with those 2 cards (not at high detail/resolution, but you can at least play them).
