I have just bought an DFI INFINITY NF ULTRAII-M2 nForce4 Ultra, A64 3000+, Seagate 320 Gb 16MB Sata 2.

My problem is that when the computer is booting my HDD is shown instead of Sata 2 --> LBA, ATA133, 320GB.

Is that a problem ? I haven't had the time to install Windows to see if there are any drawbacks but i wanted to know your opinion.

Thanks,
Andrei

I don't about that specific board but most have SATA drivers that you have to install when you install Windows, usually on a Floppy and you have to press F6 when the installation starts. This may fix it.

That's normal. My SATA drives all show up as ATA133 or 100 devices at the POST screen. There's nothing you can do about that.
