I'm deleting this site from by bookmarks. I'll tolerate some ads and branding and such, but not clicking through ad pages to get to the articles. If content is taking a back seat to ad revenue on Tom's now, I'll get my info elsewhere.
You do realise that ads are what pay for content? If you don't want ads, consider donating then. Businesses aren't charities, reviews cost money. Ads are not there to be "tolerated," they are there to boost revenue. Anyone who has to "tolerate" ads needs to have their ego checked; thinking that the Internet owes them content without getting anything in return.
