Asus X1300pro can you adjust the fan speed??

Anyone know if there is a way to adjust the fan speed on this card?? I have an ATI AIW 800xl and I can adjust the fan speed using ATI tray tool. But when I try to do the same on my parents computer which I built and has an Asus x1300pro, it says that there is no hardware supported when I go into the fan speed control in ATT??? Is adjusting the fan speed not supported on this card or something?? Its quite loud and my parents dont do any gaming so Id like to turn the fan down a bit to quiet things down. The stock settings on my AIW 800xl were loud also but I set it up so it runs at 20% until it hits 55C and its much quieter now and still bnever get much above 50C under normal use. So if anyone can help me figure out how to turn the fan down it would be great
