I drop $1000 on a new PC from Newegg. After 31 days the PSU goes. I get a RMA from Newegg and send it back figuring that Newegg is pretty cool. Sent UPS on 1/30/09. They receive it on 2/5/09. Notify me 2/12/09 that they can't process my RMA because I already cut off the UPC for a rebate. One week to process my order, really? I'm pissed about that, figure they could have been a little more explicit on their RMA page regarding this little detail, but I deal with it. So they tell me they're sending it back. Fine, I'll send it to PCPower for a replacement. So today 2/19/09 they send me an email saying they have sent it. What!? Another week just to send it back. So basically my PSU has been sitting on their shelves for two week gathering dust while my PC is doing the same at home.

I know I'll get flamed by all the Kool-Aid drinking Newegg folks, but this is ridiculous if you ask me. Newegg SUCKS!
