Im about to buy the pieces for the first computer ive built but i have only 1 concern. Specifically, will this:

PNY VERTO 1GB (2 x 512MB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820178090

run on this:

ASRock ConRoeXFire-eSATA2 Socket T (LGA 775) Intel 945P
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813157096

I ask this because

1) i dont know what voltage that ram requires
2) i dont know what voltage that motherboard requires to boot

Basically, my overall question is as follows: Will the 945P run for the first time with any ddr2 ram? Or does it have to be 1.8v?

also: if its not possible to answer that question with the above ram because its voltage is (unknown?), how bout any ddr2 ram that says 2.0v or 2.2v?

Well i could not find the voltages either. I would buy a different brand of memory if i was you, a buddy of mine had a video card from then, when it die they did not replace it becuase the product had been discontinued. When he bought it came with a lifetime warranty from them. As per memory for the mobo i would call Asrock and ask them what voltage it has to be, i would guess 1.8.

May i suggest http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820211064

I have the same brand in my mobo and i love it. The cas is more, but it is DDR2 800.
